In the Upanishads, Hridaya refers to "the cave of the heart," or the abode of the great light of consciousness. A cave in English is a sheltered nook or cove. Here at Yoga Cove, we invite you to cultivate great strength and courage in order to step more fully into the current of your own heart, to align your physical body in a way that connects you back to this light of awareness. May this practice of yoga help you answer the questions you didn't know you were asking.
