Yoga Foundations This class is designed for practioners brand new to Yoga. The pace of class is slower than a level 1, with very detailed instruction focusing on basic alignment principles, studio etiquette and useage of props. These classes are designed to prepare a student for a level one class.

Level 1 This class introduces students to the foundations of yoga practice. It explores basic postures (asana), breath work, and alignment while building strength and flexibility. Recommended for beginners but, open to everyone wishing to refine their understanding of alignment and the practice in general.

Level 1-2 This class bridges levels 1 and 2, continuing to emphasize everything learned in the level 1 class and begins to add more movement, a wider range of poses, and transitions while building on a students experience, strength, and flexibility.

Flow 1-2 A dynamic way of practicing asana. Class Sequencing is often built around sun salutations. Not recommended for first time students.

Level 2 This class explores more complex asana and transitions that require strength and stamina as well as a good understanding of alignment and basic poses.

Level 2-3 The studio's most advanced class for experienced practitioners with a consistent practice.
